26 Books To Include In Your Toddler’s Library
My favorite gifts to give an expecting Momma are BOOKS! I think reading to your child is one of the most important things you can do, and starting their library as early as possible is ideal. Board books are my absolute favorite…they are perfect for little hands, and sooo much harder for those little hands to tear up! Even better, most of them are under $5. I’ve listed here 26 books to include in your toddler’s library. My toddler has more books than I can count, but these are some of our very favorites! (Disclosure: This post contains affiliate links. The Good Night Series is wonderful! They have books for most states and big cities (Good Night South Carolina, Good Night Charleston). They even have books for holidays (Good Night Christmas), and so many other things (Good Night Fish, Good Night Galaxy).
Such a great book about sharing and making friends.
Kids love the repetition, and anything that gives you a reason to jump up and down is always fun.
Quite possibly one of the most fun books to read! Most parents can definitely relate to the bedtime drama.
Imaginative play is something all kids can get excited about.
This book is large, but so great! It has pictures of all farm animals, along with some interactive elements.

18. The Three Bears
Cute little interpretation of the classic story.
From the same author as the Llama Llama books, this is super catchy to read too!
20. The Perfect Hug
Snuggly hugs from all the animals.
A great ABC book.
Written similar to the Brown Bear, Brown Bear book, this one includes several endangered animals.
A cute little book that is sure to give your kiddo the giggles.
24. Love You Forever
Beloved story about unconditional love.
Another Dr. Seuss book full of silliness guaranteed to tickle the kids.
Caroline B. Cooney’s first picture book that explores all the ways a kid can give a hug.
