26 Books To Include In Your Toddler’s Library

My favorite gifts to give an expecting Momma are BOOKS! I think reading to your child is one of the most important things you can do, and starting their library as early as possible is ideal. Board books are my absolute favorite…they are perfect for little hands, and sooo much harder for those little hands to tear up! Even better, most of them are under $5.  I’ve listed here 26 books to include in your toddler’s library. My toddler has more books than I can count, but these are some of our very favorites!  (Disclosure: This post contains affiliate links.  If you purchase through one of my links, I will receive a small commission at no extra cost to you).

Books to include in your Toddler's Library

1. Good Night Ocean

The Good Night Series is wonderful! They have books for most states and big cities (Good Night South Carolina, Good Night Charleston). They even have books for holidays (Good Night Christmas), and so many other things (Good Night Fish, Good Night Galaxy).

2.The Rainbow Fish

Such a great book about sharing and making friends.

3. Five Little Monkeys Jumping On The Bed

Kids love the repetition, and anything that gives you a reason to jump up and down is always fun.

4. Llama Llama Red Pajama

Quite possibly one of the most fun books to read! Most parents can definitely relate to the bedtime drama.

5. King Jack and the Dragon

Imaginative play is something all kids can get excited about.
